Nice! I am getting ready to make sweet potato casserole myself today. I never had a sweet potato until I got married! Think of all those years of missing out. My mother-in-laws recipe is something I look forward to all year! Hope your Thanksgiving is great!
I'd love your MIL's recipe, April! I like mine, but I'm always open for improvements to the recipe. I just use the ol' faithful one on the side of the Bruce's Yams can.
